Cindi Q. Lofton

Executive Director/Counselor

Cindi Q. Lofton is our executive director here at Community Counseling Center. Along with her abundance of duties operating our nonprofit organization, she also has time to see clients Cindi graduated with a bachelor degree in psychology from Delta State University. After completing the requirements for her bachelor degree, she went back to school to get her masters degree in counseling. Cindi has memberships through the Mississippi Counseling Association and the American Counseling Association. She works with only adults struggling from depression, grief, and other types of loss, as well as some substance abuse issues. She accepts insurances (BCBS, Humana, Aetna, and Cigna). She is also a provider for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP’s).

Mary Margret Schenk

Mary Margaret is a part-time counselor here at Community Counseling Center since 2021. She began her education at Millsaps College gaining her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then went on to Mississippi State University getting her MAE in Counseling, followed by an M.Ed in Special Education from University of Alabama in Birmingham. She practiced and ran a counseling center in Georgia for 12 years. After coming back to Mississippi for her family, she came back to the Community Counseling Center to work with individuals on probation to assist them with mental health and substance abuse. 

Linsa B. Archer

Linsa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who received her B.S. in Biology from Millsaps College and over 20 years later returned to get her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.  She then opened a private practice in Greenville, which she operated for almost 20 years.  During Covid, when clients almost stopped coming, she retired, only to be called out of retirement 2 years later by Community Counseling Center.  Here, she offers therapy to individuals, couples and families. Linsa is glad to be back using her training and skills to help people in the community.  Her mission statement for years has been: “It is my desire as a therapist to always be self-exploring and growing – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – and to pass on what I learn to those whom God puts in my path.”

Liz Clements

Dianne S. Arnold

Dianne is a graduate of Delta State University with Masters Degrees in Guidance Counseling and School Psychology. She was a Director of Counseling Services for Community Counseling Center for it’s first 8 years of business. Diane was also the counseling lab director in Delta State’s Counselor Education Program where she gave counseling interns the opportunity to work for Community Counseling Center. She worked as an Alzheimer’s Trainer at the Division of Alzheimer’s at the MS Department of Mental Health and established 2 Respite Day Programs for people with Alzheimer’s. Now, she works part-time counseling children and adults in Community Counseling Center’s office in Cleveland.

Ryan Kwan

Ryan is a college graduate with a BFA and our billing specialist. Ryan has been working with CCC for over 9 years. Ryan is friendly and passionate about helping others receive the help and care that they need to deal with the struggles in people’s daily lives.

Josh Correro

Josh is a graduate of Delta State University and received his master’s degree in mental health counseling. Josh is striving to his license while being an office admin.
